2. Purpose and terms of use
The websites are informational and generate business enquiries. Nothing published here is a binding offer: any proposal, scope or quote is agreed in writing after a conversation with the client and binds the parties only once a specific agreement is signed.
Users agree to use the websites, including the chat assistants Nox and Lucía, lawfully and in good faith, without entering third-party or sensitive personal data. Use of the demos is also governed by the Demo terms of use.
3. AI assistants
Nox and Lucía are AI-based virtual assistants, not people. They can make mistakes, and their answers are not medical, legal or tax advice. Lucía is a demonstration for a fictitious clinic; do not enter real personal data. How chat data is processed is explained in the Privacy policy.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
Texts, designs, code, trademarks and logos on the websites (including «Momentum Logic AI», «Atria» and «Nox») belong to the owner or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited, except for private use or quotation with attribution.
5. Liability
The owner aims to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee it is error-free or that the websites will always be available. The owner is not liable for damage from interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or force majeure, nor for the content of linked third-party sites.
Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, or the rights recognised to consumers by applicable law.
6. Data protection and cookies
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy and the use of cookies and local storage in the Cookies policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence; in other cases the competent Spanish courts apply.
