1. Service provider
The demos are offered by Miguel Ángel González Moríñigo, a self-employed professional trading as Momentum Logic AI, Tax ID 07979570L, C. Los Mirlos, 4, 33186 El Berrón (Siero), Asturias, Spain. Contact: info@momentumlogicai.es.
2. Nature of the demos
The demos of Momentum Logic AI and its related services, including Atria, are purely informational, experimental and demonstrative, so that prospective clients can see what the solutions do. Access to a demo is not the purchase of a commercial service, does not guarantee that the features shown will be available in future and commits neither party to a contract.
3. Use of fictitious data
The demos are designed to work with fictitious information or data that does not identify natural persons. The user agrees not to enter:
- Personal data of clients, employees, suppliers or other third parties.
- Health data, financial data or special categories of data.
- Passwords, credentials or authentication information.
- Confidential documents, reserved business information or trade secrets.
- Information whose use or disclosure could infringe third-party rights.
Where test information is needed, the user must use made-up names, phone numbers, plates, addresses and other examples.
4. Prohibited uses
The demos must not be used to:
- Run real commercial or professional activities.
- Store real client information or files.
- Send automated commercial communications to third parties.
- Make real decisions about people.
- Enter unlawful or malicious content, or content that compromises the platform's security.
- Try to access systems, accounts, databases or information without authorisation.
5. Artificial intelligence and results
AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated answers. Results are indicative and for demonstration only, and must not be the sole basis for commercial, legal, financial, technical or professional decisions. The user must verify any result before using it outside the demo.
6. Security and misuse
Momentum Logic AI may limit, suspend or block access when it detects use contrary to these terms, a risk to system security or use that could harm third parties. If the user accidentally enters personal or confidential information, they must report it immediately to info@momentumlogicai.es. We will assess the incident and take appropriate measures, including deleting the data and handling any possible security breach as the law requires.
7. Availability and limitations
The demos are offered on a trial basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, permanent retention of information or absence of errors. We may modify, update, suspend or withdraw features for technical, security or maintenance reasons. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The designs, interfaces, texts, software, configurations, automations and workflows of the demos belong to Momentum Logic AI or their owners. Access to the demo grants no licence to exploit, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercialise them.
9. Data protection
Personal data provided to request access to the demos is processed under the Privacy policy. These terms do not replace a data processing agreement: if a service that processes real personal data on behalf of a client is offered in future, the corresponding data processing agreement will be signed first.
10. Acceptance and governing law
Accessing and using the demo means accepting these terms. They are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory rules and the rights of users and consumers.
