1. Data controller
Momentum Logic AI ("we", "us") is the controller responsible for the personal data you provide through this website. You can contact us at info@momentumlogicai.es.
2. What data we collect
Through our conversational assistant (Nox) and our contact forms we may collect: name, email, phone number, company name, industry/niche and geographic area. This data is only collected when you voluntarily provide it during the conversation.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, qualify your request as a potential customer and, if you request it, schedule a free diagnostic call through Google Calendar. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, given when you voluntarily provide your contact details through the chat or the web form.
5. Where your data is stored
Contact data is stored in Google Sheets and, if you book an appointment, in Google Calendar — both services provided by Google Ireland Limited. International data transfers may occur under Google's standard contractual clauses. The rest of our automation infrastructure (n8n) runs on our own server, under our direct control.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as an active or potential business relationship exists, or until you request its deletion.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@momentumlogicai.es. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe our processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
